Homemade bore guide??

I thought about just drilling out a piece of my 44 mag brass at the primer pocket and using it as a bore guide..Any suggestions or potential problems with this,or anything someone else has done homemade would be appreciated..Thanks..STEVE....

Practical and cost effective. You could potentially do this with any and all calibers of breechloading weapons, as long as the cart. is large enough!
