FN 22lr Semiautomatic Rifle

Hi,

first post in this forum

I just heard from my father that his brother got an old "Fabrique Nationale" 22lr Semiautomatic Rifle with a 10shot magazine. Furthermore i can be disamble into two parts.

He got the rifle from his father so i guess that it was produced around ~1915- 1935.

However I can't find anything about such a rifle.
Could you guys please help me?

Commonly known in the USA as the Browning .22 auto.
Designed by John M. Browning, made by FN from 1914 to 1976 and thereafter by Miroku. Still on the market.
