Question about my Smith and Wesson
Hey everybody, im new here so i hope i do this right, I have a Smith and wesson model 67-1 stainless 38 special and i am curious as to how old this revolver is, i had a relative to give it to me on his death bed so it means alot to me, the smith and wesson stamp is on the left side of the revolver instead of the right, i tried to post pics but it said they were to large.

I think it is from the early 1980s but there are more knowledgeable people here.

I'm sure you know this already but for other readers who may not, the 67 was the stainless-steel version of the model 15, originally known as the Combat Masterpiece. By whatever name it is a very fine revolver. Edited to add: Snap! Jim, you were posting while I was still writing. A clear five-minute win!
