CZ 452 trigger job

I just bought a CZ 452 Varmint. Took it to the range last week to try it out. At 50 yards using cheap ammo I was able to shoot 5 shot groups of .3 to .4 inches. I love this gun, it is extremely accurate. However, after having adjusted the trigger it is still heavier than I like. Can someone tell me the easiest way to remove the trigger rod pin so I can put in a lighter spring? Also, is there a way to remove the entire trigger assembly from the gun?
Thanks.
