Need Help With History and Value of Old Shotgun Please

I recently came upon an older 12 Gauge long barrel break down shotgun after the passing of my grandfather. Company stamped on side of firearm states.

The Tennessee Gun
F.H. Woodworth
Chattanooga, TN
The stamped date is very hard to read but I believe it says 1901.
