Saw a Colt 12" Bisley barrel in .45lc on Ebay. Can it
Be fitted to My Colt Cowboy? Thanks

Maybe. I think the threads are the same, but fitting a barrel requires some work and if the barrel is used, it might not come just right. Replacing the barrel would be a job for a gunsmith with the right tools as it is easy to bend that thin frame.

I think the threads on the newer Colt revolvers are different from the originals.
