If you are going to shoot USPSA you should subscribe to the Brian Enos forum which will provide you all of the info you need for reloading 9mm for USPSA.

In IDPA I use 3.9 grains bullseye, with a montana gold CMJ in 124 grain. Runs at between 125,500 and 127,000 power factor depending on the weather. Clean burn no smoke, and I can hit a triple tap shoot with a 1" grouping in less than a second with my Sig P226, my Springfield 1911 9mm and my wife's XD.

Seems like a good load.

Thanks zac.
