Blue Green Lasers
I was wondering if anyone knows where i can find either blue or green military surplus targeting lasers. The military surplus part isn't as important as the blue or green part. Thanks in advance.

I looked into this a few years ago because I wanted a daylight laser on my crossbow (its a long story why). You can get a Greenbeam2000 for around $400.
http://www.quarton.com/laser_sight_b...beam_2000.html I can't say how good these are because I didn't get it in the end. |

Thx but for 400 bucks you should be able to expect quality.
A friend of mine has a laser pointer that works on the same principles and it works great during the brightest day. |

A quality green laser costs an arm and a leg because of all the extra parts such as converting IR through crystals to convert it to green light and this puts out so much heat it then requires a heatsink and such for it to work. Theres even more advanced models that send out the light in a pulse to keep it cooler and prolong battery light. This is what drives the cost up into the hundreds and the very best ones are closer to over a thousand.
