My new McMillan stock just came for my mod 70, anyone know what I should torque the action to?
For some reason 60in/lbs rings a bell, but not sure.
TIA

Nukem, there is no hard and fast rule. The torque will vary from rifle to rifle. I'd start at 40inlbs and work up 5inlbs at a time until you find the setting that groups best in your rifle.

Shouldn't be too surprising that Gale McMillan supplied the correct answer under "The Art of the Rifle".
