W-571

The burning rate chart found at www.loadyourown.com lists W-571 next to AA-7. I thought that was correct; but, had to check it out. That site is a useful one. Hope that helps.

i think they replaced the old 540 powder with 571--i've used 571 in magnum 12 ga also in 28 gauge skeet loads---OK i just got off my butt and went outside and newest winchester manual..they show it for about any pistol you probably would have--email me with what you're loading and i'l let you know what manual says....Dick

Go to Winchester's web site and download their reloading manual. It has info. on 571 powder for 45 ACP. Here's the site. Go to the bottom of the page. It's in the reloader manual 15th edition. I downloaded the Acrobat file and have the manual on my computer.
