Sorry, this is just me being ignorant again. But someone mentioned "brass to the face". What is the cause of this? My wife has an M&P and the empty shells are ejected right to her face or on her head almost every time.
odugrad, no such thing as a stupid question; and yours is actually a good one. What you describe is probably a reason that many shooters buy a new gun and then sell it quickly because they think the gun is not working properly.

Early Gen4 Glocks had extractor problems that caused this, it was a mechanical issue. The M&P is most likely doing it because of a weak/improper grip on the gun.

Get her to an NRA basic pistol class and I would bet she will shoot more accurately, and not have brass hit her in the face.

So much for Glock haters saying Glock has bad customer service...

That's above and beyond, especially for a used gun.

Absolutely. They just hate because its easy to hate the big guy. I have other brands I love as well. But Glock is what I rely my life on day in and day out.

New slide and barrel with the recoil assembly. And my old slide and barrel. Along with a case and FedEx 2 day shipping.

Come on now. All in a couple weeks.

I'm not a Glock fanboy by any means. Truth be told, I don't wanna like 'em. That really is pretty good service, though.

If there was an award for the most honest person here, I swear.

I was on the same trip before. But the dishonest path. Where I'd conjure up things I "didn't like" to justify. But through trial and error, and this goes with anything in life. Don't knock it out loud until you've tried it for yourself. Not one mag either. A day. Just a day. Draw a conclusion and stick to and that's fine. I've done the same.

A lot of people I've met have never even done what they're knocking on and they're just bashing away aimlessly.

What Spats just said..you need a medal lol.

I'm really happy with their service. I did use them with my old Glock 22 with a worn down finish. (Blue label) sent the $45 for a refinish only and when it came back..all new parts, new barrel, and 2 new magazines.

I think they're the best I've dealt with along with SIG.
