I don't know I'm a pretty happy guy now. I suppose I'd take an Anaconda or Freedom arms. I'd actually be happier if I had the money to send one of my Rugers to Turnbull for refinished

Hmmm . . I have a 4" Python . . . and don't like it (sorry guys - only reason I keep is is because I bought it cheap as an investment)
So this will probably make you laugh as it's pretty "simple" I'd love a pristine S & W Model 10 with a 4" barrel . . . I have a pre 10 with a 5", love it and love the K frame . . . I guess it doesn't take much to make me happy .

I have most of my dream revolvers, I think. But, I still want a Janz revolver with all the different barrel lengths/calibers and the 44mag and 357 cylinders. Also a Mateba MTR carbine and Grifone carbine, which aren't handguns but still.

After viewing the Korth thread on this forum, which got me reading about them, I'm leaning towards the Korth.

So you start the thread and ask anyone if they could have one dream revolver...
Then you list two of them?!

I'm fortunate in that I have my dream revolver,,,
I'm fortunate in that I have my dream revolver,,,
She's nothing exotic but in my mind she's all I really need. I was out of the gun thing for many years,,, When I got back into shooting this was what I sought out first. Meet Stella, my S&W Model 15 Combat Masterpiece. Fits my hand perfectly,,, Trigger like glass on silk,,, She seems to aim herself,,, What more could a man really want. I have more exotic guns,,, But Stella remains my favorite.

With it or without it, I'll die a happy man, but I reckon my wants is a Colt New Frontier .45 Colt, 4 3/4" barrel, stag grips. I'd even settle for ivory.

Hellboy?....
Do film/TV revolvers count?
How about the big wheel gun, the Samaritan from Hellboy? Or maybe the .88magnum from Johnny Dangerously. www.imfdb.org Clyde |

For me, that would be a matching set of blue S&W N-frames with 5" bbl's- one chambered in .38-40 and one in .44-40.

'Dreams' are the subconscious mind using your brain for a speed-bag, while you're asleep and unable to duck punches.

Stainless Gary Reeder Custom Ruger Blackhawk in 356 GNR with an addtional 357 mag cylinder. 6 inch barrel, Gold dot front sight and a V-notch rear sight. Stag grips.
If I can't have that, I'll take a Reeder Pro Hunter Blackhawk in 357 Max. Scoped with 10 inch barrel. Sights deleted. |
