what make model is this gun

hello everyone!

Several years ago my grandfather gave me his gun collection. One of the shotguns does not appear to have any manufacturer or model info stamped on it other than the proof marks that look like Victor Sarasqueta.

Can anyone please tell me what they know about this gun? i hope the pictures come out okay. i have several more if you need them.
