Does anyone know of a powder measure that will throw accurate charges of long grain powder like IMR 7828?

Perhaps the best performers with those powders are one of the power feed ones that are connected to a scale.

They're expensive, but they work.

Chances are he knows how to use it.

Give Harrells Precision a call. http://www.harrellsprec.com/

I've had very good results with "Benchrest" type powder measures. Another very good pm is made by Neil Jones.

I've used Saeco measure for the Dupont powders with good results.
