Having trouble re-assembling Arcus 98 DAC

Hi guys, long time lurker and first time poster here. I think I dun goofed when putting my pistol together after field stripping the gun for cleaning. I don't know how it happened, but the cross pin that holds the sear, sear spring, and firing pin block lever in the frame got drifted to one side. Upon noticing the pin being drifted, I attempted to push it back to center but slipped and pushed the pin out. All three components fell out and I had to reassemble them. But the issue I am running into now is that when the pin is pushed in so it's flush with the frame on both sides is that the gun won't cock and the firing pin block lever is stuck in the upward position. This condition prevents the slide from coming back as well. I have noticed that when the pin is just slightly drifted so that it is not flush with the frame that the gun will cock into SA mode and will fire properly with the firing pin block working properly as well. Does anyone have any ideas on what's causing my issue? I am thinking it's the pin somehow. I contacted Century Arms tech support and am waiting for a response as well. Any ideas from you guys would be appreciated though.
