My 870 field strip/assembly video

Hello all! My first post here so I figured I'd make it a good one!

I've seen videos on youtube of people disassembling their 870s, and have also seen guides online, but none for the home defense 870 with mag extension and 18" barrel.

So, I said, what the hey and made one. I didn't take the trigger group out, if someone wants a video of that, I could do it if you want, pretty simple though. This is just a basic field strip.

That is awesome. I just got that same gun, and I couldn't find any info about it specifically. The manual doesn't even mention the mag extension or barrel clamp. Well done, and thanks!

cjw3cma, I think your problem is the mag ext is two pieces and if it's screwed in too much it won't let the nut tighten against the barrel. Loosen the ext tube then tighten the nut then the tube.
