New to reloading: 9mm Luger USPSA load recommendations

Sorry, I'm another new soon-to-be reloader asking dumb questions. I would really appreciate some advice from you guys experienced with IPSC/USPSA Production class 9mm loads.

I've been shooting 124gr FMJ reloads from CCCAmmo (rated at 1050fps) and do well with them. I have better luck with 124s shooting steel plate/poppers than I do with 115gr. (CZ75B/4.72" bbl.)
.
I've gathered most of my list of equipment needed, but what I need now are suggestions for type/brand of powder, bullets and loads to use.

I shoot 200-300 rds/week.
Cost, power factor, and cleanliness matter.

Thanks for any magic formulas you're willing to share.

My 9mm load is a 124gr plated RN with 4.2gr Titegroup.

Thanks guys.

I'm finding a lot of Comp. shooters on 3 forums like Titegroup and W231 with 124s.
