80% AR Lowers

I recently decided it would be a fun project to build an AR-15 lower reciever. The problem is, I saw 80% lowers for 25 or 30 dollars a few months ago and now they are going for more than a finished lower.

Does anyone know where you can still find a good deal on 80% AR lowers or even 1911 frames? theres no reason a 1911 frame should have gone up in price

P.S. This is not a legality question. I do have good understanding of the laws. I just want to know contact info about any local machine shops or manufacturers that produce these.

Thanks

SARCO lists some unfinished 1911 frames but also says they haven't been heat treated.
