rem 1100 take down

how far can the rem. 1100 be taken down. i know you can take the barrel off but beyond that is there anything that can be done fairly easily? what about a browning BPS?

Here's a site that has owner's manuals for both guns.

Generally, you can take a gun down as far as the owner's manual says to under the field stripping instructions.
