Cylinder Loader Mod
I just put a spring over the plunger. After you push the ball in, just let go
and the handle will retract. Makes loading a lot easer for me. Don't know why they don't put these on at the factory. I must talk to them. |

Great idea! I just used mine for the first time yesterday and this would be a great improvement. Did you get the spring at a hardware store or online?

Common spring from Hardware store. I did shorten it about a inch.

just what did you do to that revolver? from the amount of custom work, why not just finish it and turn it into a cartridge gun

It's for competion at the open cap & ball revolver matches at the Nationals.
It's just lighter in weight. |
