CCW question

i just moved and i have a VA CCW permit i just got it the address is current and right on my permit is it okay that my drivers license has my old address on it or do i need a new drivers that has a matching address??? and i moved only a county over so i am still in the same state.

Best to get the info straight from the source. Do a google for VA CHL law and find out what the current law says.

In TX, we are required to notify the state w/in 30 days of a move to get a new license, and the address of the D.L. must be the same as that on the CHL.

You have 30 days to update your DL with DMV for your new address anyhow so just go ahead and change it now.

30 days?

Man, you guys live in an easy state. I b'lieve we have 48 hours to report a change of address to the DMV.
