Open carry in Arkansas

We have an open carry proposal in Arkansas now:

This is great! It is very clearly worded, and very specific in the parts of the existing law that need to be changed.

I know some of the group members behind this. It would be great if it becomes law. But I doubt it. I wish they would go for constitutional carry, AZ style. Then push for open carry.
