Open carry in Arkansas

We have an open carry proposal in Arkansas now:

I don't have a whole lot of information at this point, but I'll be watching this one. If this counts as a "drive-by posting," I apologize.

This is great! It is very clearly worded, and very specific in the parts of the existing law that need to be changed.

I know some of the group members behind this. It would be great if it becomes law. But I doubt it. I wish they would go for constitutional carry, AZ style. Then push for open carry.

If you are not subject to the UCMJ, you are a Civilian. I don't care one bit what updated dictionaries say.
