Powerbond Bullets from CummingsGuy 5.9

I finally got the after USPS robbed the first box.

So, how are these working out for people who bought them? What should I expect?

Very Happy

My .355" 115 gr worked just fine. Used Sierra copper jacketed load data as recommend by PowerBond because of the thicker than average plating. Good quality bullet for a great price. I'm willing to bet USPS didn't swipe the Bullets. Your box probably busted open. Both of my packages interior plastic bags were broken open within the box. No bullets lost just a little bit of a mess. I plan to buy again from Nick. Straight shooter in my book.

Given the fact that these are little "bearings" per say and the movement of the shipment is what busted the box.

I got my shipment of 2,000 rounds from Nick no problem. And will continue to purchase from him as long as he has them for sale. Have not shot any yet though.

My box was 40lbs...I had around 500-600 bullets loose in the bottom, but that was not Nick's fault.

Powerbond are solid. I loaded 500 .38 125 grs. and was very happy with them. Powerbond recently upped their prices due to increased lead prices.

Went from $46 to $64 for the same 500 bullets. At this price I'll switch to straight lead for $38 per 500.

I shot some of my 9mm from Nick today, very accurate with 4.1 grains of Titegroup. Great buy, would definitely purchase more PowerBonds.

Tried some (given to me by a club member), worked ok, was a little disappointed at the price increase and will stick with Zero jacketed and lead.

why pay 83$/500rnds for 230 grn .45 plated bullets when you can buy the same FMJ's for about 25$ cheaper from Precision Delta?
otherwise i enjoyed Powerbond, shot great out of my 1911. most of my 9mm's didnt like them at all.
