Anyone use the large pager pal to carry a HK USP.40 compact? I am looking at them and I want to get one but after searching the forums I see different reviews on them but none for my weapon. Does anyone have a pager pal they are unhappy with that they would like to sell?

Body size seems to be an issue when evaluating methods of concealment. For the record I am 5'10" @ 195.

A USP compact is probably too big for pager pal holsters. I suspect a
Kahr K9 is the largest you can have together with pager pal.

Been there, tried to carry full sized pistols (and some mid sized)in the larger size of pager pal. Poorest use of leather that I've ever seen. Woulda made plenty of nice belts instead. If you are thinking of getting one, make sure that you can return it when you hate! Go to your dealer with your pistol, and walk around with the thing on for a while, while he trys to convince you to just buy it. Try putting your hands in your pockets, or bending over! Chances are, you'll probably hate it. Good idea, but needs some refinement.
Body size is indeed an issue. I'm 6 foot, 145. Skinny. Even the small version, with pocket pistols, was terribly uncomfortable.
