Why do you have to post this on every forum where it must tantalize me.

I just missed an opportunity to trade into a Gemini 3" SP101, and I don't need to be reminded of the loss.

Only thing I noticed with mine, with a round front sight it's hard to know where to hold. The rear trench is square, without a three dot system I think it's better with the stock sight. The top level edge of the front sight can be lined up with the trench better.

At least that's my experiance.

Let us know how she belches.

I'll bet it barks and bites like a rabbid beaver! I sure do like the "melt" on it!

Looking forward to a range report.

Actually, it was 400 for the actual smithing.
100 for the gold bead front sight
and 209 for the custom grips

and I bought the Ruger NIB for $549.

then there is shipping fees both ways.

So, yes, total costs (revolver included) are $1400.

I work at a school and do not make much money, but have been wanting an SP101 from Gemini Customs since I first saw them (2006), and concealed carry is a constant in my life......for me, worth it!

Beautiful gun! Makes my 3" SP101 look plain. I'd love to shoot a GC side by side to mine one day, just to compare! Enjoy your new companion!
