May I solicit commercially?

I have invented and thoroughly tested a shooting aid, a Recoil Absorber and steady-rest for handguns, and would like to know if it would be proper to solicit someone who would be interested in manufacturing and distributing it (for a royalty, of course) on TFL.

TFL does not accept commercial advertising; nor do we allow wholesale soliciting. Generally, tradesmen here get noticed simply by participating on the Forums.
