Faulty reloading equipment

I'm new to this forum. However, I am an experienced handloader. I recently had a bad experience with some reloading equipment that I think should be made available. I'm not so much bashing the company as I am saying be careful before you buy. Is this kind of information accepted and/or appropriate here?

Have you contacted the company to try to get the problem fixed?

What type of equipment is it?

Some may suspect because this is your first post, you are going to do a bashing and never be heard from again. If your post is legitimate (No reason to believe it is not) and your concerns are valid, the people here would be interested in knowing what the problems are and what you did to try to resolve it.

A lot of time problems are user related. Post the info and we may be able to help you figure it out.

the moderator may want this in retail deals and stuff (and stuff my own words)
But if you are having a problem lets talk and see what might be done.

You should contact the company and give them a chance to fix it first. If they don't, then by all means share, safety is important to us all.

Fact is, we can get bummers from any maker. They all make occasional mistakes but they all seem to stand behind their products pretty well. It's pretty hard to be '"careful" about anything you have to buy and take home, or obtain by mail order, and use before you can really know much about it!

Unfortuanately, noob reloaders don't have the experiece to " be careful" while experienced reloaders probably already know about as much about buying tools as they really need to know. ??

An objective report of your problems can't be a bad thing. There are good and bad things about all reloading gear. Post your experience and let the chips fall were they may.
