RCBS - Great Customer Service
I've owned an RCBS 2000 progressive press for 7 or 8 years. It developed trouble with the primer feed system and I called RCBS customer service.
The very helpful guy took me through some troubleshooting steps, they helped but didn't fully solve the problem, we talked about replacing a couple small parts, then he said, "I'm not completely sure that will do it and I want you to get fixed the first time, I'm going to go pull a complete new shell plate assembly, I'll run it myself to make sure it's indexing properly, then send you the whole thing." Four days later it was in my hands, installed in the press and working perfectly. No charge. Lifetime warranty and great service. |

RCBS has great customer service.
Their warranty is no questions asked, they stand behind their products 100%. I have broken things through my stupidy or failure to follow their instructions and they have never cared. They have always taken care of me. |

I had a similar experience with a carbide sizing die that had started scratching cases. I just could not determine what was causing the scratches. They replaced it promptly, no questions asked.
