Info request on an old Colt.

I have a friend with a firearm that he might sell me. It is a Colt SAA (first gen I hope) Bisley in 32-20. I have not yet seen the gun.

Please tell me what to look for in trying to determine what it might be worth. If you have a range of value to offer, I'd be interested to hear it too.

Need condition, configuration and serial number not to mention pictures before any estimate can be made. Sorry until then.
