Videos- Reloading black powder shotshells without a reloading press

I've put together a three part video series on reloading shotshells without using a reloading press.

The first video shows what I call the "Nail & Dowel Method" which uses simple items that are probably already in your home to reload shells:

The second video covers loading shells using a Lee Loader kit:

The final video shows how to load shotshells using antique reloading tools

Great videos, Mike! Thanks so much for posting them.

Also, I really enjoyed your article on the nickel plated .45 Colts in this month's issue. Looks like you had fun, too!

Hi Hardcase,

Thanks for the kind words.

I thought my kids were the only ones who read my stuff.

Heck no, Mike! By the time each issue gets done being passed around at work, it's almost time for the next one to come out. Now, if you could get 'em to make it a monthly, I'd be in heaven.

Hi Tater,

From the feedback I've gotten , it looks like there are more of us than I thought. I'm really happy to see people keeping the old skills alive.
