Broken handle

The handle of my Republic Arms .45 has broken. Is there a way to buy the handle ?

Do you mean the grip or the frame? This pistol was made for only a short time and the company is probably gone, take it to a gunsmith and have him find the parts for you.

If it is the metal frame that broke, that's the part with the serial number. You can buy new 1911 frames from a number of sources and for a wide range of prices, but the BATFE considers the frame to be the "firearm," which means to buy a new frame you'll have to go through an FFL (gun shop).

On the other hand, if you mean just the wood grip panel or stock, those are available from literally hundreds of sources. Just Google "1911+grips"

As for the possible need for grip panels, you will find so many choices your head may hurt.

Which Republic arms model do you own?
Ether a photo or a model number will help. Since they don't make a 1911 that cant be the gun.
I think asking a good gunsmith is the best choice but since its not a very big company from Africa you may not have much luck no mater what you do.
If you can shair a photo of the broken aria we might be able to help more.
Is it the Patriot 45 DOA?
If this is the gun you own then depending on what and where was broken the receiver is not repairable since it’s a one piece polymer lower.

There is a "welding" process for plastic, polymers and such.
A guy I knew specialized in doing it.
It might be worth a try with an irreplaceable part.

I am not sure about the Patriot pistol, but most of the "plastic" 1911's use a frame that is a copy of the standard M1911 frame with little or no additional strengthening. A normal frame can usually be substituted with only relatively minor fitting.

Of course, that is the problem. The 1911 pistol was designed for use of a steel frame and the material on those "plastic" guns is simply not strong enough for extensive use with that design. (Even aluminum alloy 1911 copies, including the Colt lightweights, wont't hold up as long as the steel frame, something users simply have to accept as part of a "tradeoff.")
