Can I debur the case mouth before I resize?
I will be using the Lee lock stud to clean my brass with steel wool until I can get a tumbler or talk my wife into letting me use the spare ice cream maker. Can I debur the case mouth while I have the case chucked up? Or does it need to be done after it is resized?

Rather than beg for permission , buy it and ask forgiveness .
I usually make sure most of the bills are paid first, Sometime not. |

You didn't state what your reloading.
For bottle necked rifle stuff clean, resize, trim, chamfer For straight case pistol, eg. 45ACP just clean and load. |

loading 38/357
If you don't have them already, get carbide dies.
Then clean and load. If your press allows, use 4 dies. 1) resize and deprime 2) prime (Does your press do this?) die not required 3) expand the mouth and drop powder 4)seat bullet 5) crimp I use a Lee LoadMaster it has 5 die holes so once the press is loaded up with cases, primers, powder and bullets. After the first 4 pulls, every pull of the handle gives me another finished round. I only stop to replenish supplies in the press. |
