Can I debur the case mouth before I resize?

I will be using the Lee lock stud to clean my brass with steel wool until I can get a tumbler or talk my wife into letting me use the spare ice cream maker. Can I debur the case mouth while I have the case chucked up? Or does it need to be done after it is resized?

Rather than beg for permission , buy it and ask forgiveness .
I usually make sure most of the bills are paid first, Sometime not.

order, order

You didn't state what your reloading.
For bottle necked rifle stuff
clean,resize, trim, chamfer

For straight case pistol, eg. 45ACP just clean and load.

loading 38/357

If you don't have them already, get carbide dies.

Then clean and load. If your press allows, use 4 dies.
1) resize and deprime
2) prime (Does your press do this?) die not required
3) expand the mouth and drop powder
4)seat bullet
5) crimp

I use a Lee LoadMaster it has 5 die holes so once the press is loaded up with cases, primers, powder and bullets. After the first 4 pulls, every pull of the handle gives me another finished round. I only stop to replenish supplies in the press.
