R.O and bottom rung both have really excellent entries, but I agree with you, Al.

You guys are making it easy on ClemBert!

Honestly, I thought I had a chance until I saw Clembert's picture. It sure is nice looking. Too bad that rifle is unsafe. He should send it up north to me.

I have seen Sturms videos and photos. In a shoot out, guns or cameras, I want him on my side.

I like R.Os pic a lot and Clembert's setting and rifle is beautiful, but I really go for the whole theme that bottom rung set up, so that gets my vote.

Well the poll has closed and it is a tie.

Bud, I'd make the tie-breaker poll, but I don't know how long you want it to run... See folks, we can't have the 2010 Photo of the Year competition until this is resolved.

Stay tuned!

Okay, Ladies and Gentlemen, we need a tie broken here and so we have reopened the voting for one more day or until a tie-breaking vote is cast.

Catching a tie-breaker will be a matter of chance, since it will be a manual operation. Of course, it is conceivable that we have a three way tie after 24 hours, or that the two way tie still exists. If that happens, we will put our heads together and come up with something ... maybe another 24 hour open vote.

Those that have voted are still registered in the poll with that status, so you can't vote again. If we edit the poll down to only the tied entrants, we willl lose the record of vote. So we are asking any new votes to concentrate on breaking the tie. You can vote for whomever you wish, as always, but the objective here is to find a winner.

So, for those of you that didn't vote yet, for one reason or another, now is your chance.

Well, that didn't take long!

Congratulations, bottom rung!

Now we can put together the 2010 Photo of the Year Contest.
