RCBS .223 Dies Bad Batches

I would just like to give everyone a heads up if you get any new RCBS reloading dies in .223. There was a bad batch of them they were sent out where all the depriming/sizing die center rod is bent and the decapping pins are bent. I bought a set and my buddy bought a set a week later from a different place and both our sets were bent out of the box. We called RCBS and they told us there was a bad batch so just a heads up. They will send you replacement parts for free with a bunch of decapping pins.

So check you dies before using them

I'm on the west coast and bought mine from Midway and thankfully I got a good set.
