I went on a run the other day involving one of these puppies and I never got the chance to get a good look at it. Who makes them? Just how bad are they?

The only ones I know of were made for Western Auto Stores. The cross-over list in the back of Fjestad's Blue Book lists a column and a half of Western Auto guns, but only four guns as Revelation: the 300 by Savage(30D,E,F), 394 Series P by Stevens(94P), 76 by High Standard(Double 9) and R310 by Mossberg(500AB). Hope this helps some. If this doesn't do it, post the model number and we'll see if it is in the rest of the list. John
