Have you tried the recipe on Alliant's website (4.7 grains of Green Dot with a 115 FMJ)?

Rugerboy

I have used many differant loads through my P95 with no problums. The gun likes almost any ammo, And never fails to function.
I have found my most accurate loads to be with W231 or Bullseye.
For bullets I use 115Gr lazercast Siver/lead or 115Gr Hardcast Enterprise copper plated bullets.

The most Accurate load I have found is 4.3Gr W231
With a 115 Lazercast RN bullet. Useing a lite
Crimp and an OAL of 1.070

Enjoy
