admitted meth addict sues 90yr old homeowner who shot him during home invasion???!!!!
Hello Fellow TFLers,
I apologize if this is posted in the wrong forum. Besides that, I don't believe this thread exists yet. I was wondering if this guy has Any case?? Of course we live in a free country, but in all honesty can something like this 'fly'? The article is upsetting, and part of the reason is this law-abiding senior(who probably wouldn't have lived this long if he wasn't as savvy as the article describes) is feeling intruded upon and almost worried about the lawsuit. He is quoted as saying that he "needs to also sue the intruder" (paraphrase only) to protect himself probably. I hope this man goes away for a long time. There are people out there that need help, but he tried to kill this homeowner at least once, and I am glad he failed. Of course the article is a second-hand account... all the best, gunz http://www.foxnews.com/us/2012/10/25...ooting-victim/

That's ridiculous, and hopefully the judge "throws the book at him"!
