You don't need to remove the barrel to clean it and unless there is something amiss in the lockwork you don't have to take it apart.

Charger if you post your question on the Dan Wesson forum that 5th refers to you will learn just about everything there is to know about the gun. It is probably worth a fair amount as it is a rare beast.
