New ruger Old Army???
Hello, was poking around on the Ruger forum and notice an old post about the New Ruger OA with the 5.5 inch config.
Went to Davidsons and sure enuff they have a part number but no guns. "BP5" Anyone here have anymore info on them, such as a time frame or are they out now? Thanks

I don't know exactly what the new Ruger old army is , but I saw a Ruger Old Army NIB at at gun shop last week. Unlike my Old Army, this one had a slot for rear sight like found on period cap and ball revolvers. I had never seen an Old Army like this before. Is this the new model? If it is, it is out there.

I picked up one the other day , no rear sight like the old model and doesn't shoot
as well, yet. Thanks |
