Help Identify CZ75 15rd. Mag Pad/Extender

I have a new CZ75 that I am looking forward to using in IPSC. I would like to get some magazine base pads/mag extenders. I have seen some pictured, so know they do exist:

Does anyone know who makes these, or any other CZ75 compatible base pad/mag extender.

I think CPMI makes them, check with Brownelles. If they don't have them listed ask for the contact info for CPMI they may make them but not be listed by Brownelles.

Looking at her I am jealous. The shooters at my club all weigh over 200 lbs. including the women.
This shooter make my mag pad extend big time.
