Anyone have experience with Buffalo Creek GC High Power training - Denver?
Buffalo Creek Gun Club, west of Denver has a series of High-Power training courses. In early September they will be having a 600 yd Prone course. The price is only $45 and they provide the guns and ammo so the price sounds great. I have never fired in High Power competition so I was wondering if this is OK for a first course. Also any info or opinions from anyone that has experience with this club or the course would be appreciated.

Try a search on the nationalmatch.us forum -http://www.nationalmatch.us/forums/index.php
You might have to register w/ the forum. I've seen mention of Buffalo Creek there, but have never been to the range - I'm on the east coast. They apparently have a 600yd range and an active HighPower program. I think that they've been running these clinics for several years now. $45 is reasonable, especially w/ a gun rental and ammo. It's probably a wash for the club, just a way to ensure they they're not losing money on the program. |
