New IRS reg proposed?

Just got an email regarding a senate bill---SB2099. This will require declaration ,registration, and taxation of all guns possesed., with criminal penalties for failures. Finger printing etc.----. Supposedly this can be installed in 2009 tax regs w/o approval or vote. Kinda sneaky. I havent had time to research thiss fully , and it may be old news, but it fits our current administration and their ethics. The links are; www.senate.gov and do search for SB2099.

False......the lastest thread on it: http://www.thefiringline.com/forums/...hlight=SB+2099 It's actually been posted several times on here in the past 9 years so it's a pretty old rumor at that.
