scope opinion

Is this scope any good- Falcon Menace 4-14 FFP. ? I'm looking at a Remington 700 SPS- V in .308 with this scope, Burris rings, bi-pod, and a stock pad. Asking price is $900 and is said to have less than 50 rounds through it.

I would see how much the gun would be without the scope. I have personally only seen 1 Falcon scope, but it was broken. It was on a DPMS .308 a guy had at the range. The top turret knob had come loose and could be pulled out. Also, see this review:
