full auto trigger activator for M14?
Anyone try the Tac Trigger device on a M1A or M14? I'm wondering if it works well enough to be more than just a novelty. The device is at: http://www.fire-balls.com/catalog.asp?display=9
For that matter, anyone have video of or have used a full auto M14? My M1A is semi and it's hard enough to do rapid fire as it is, so full auto might not be practical... |

These trigger devices are a waste of money and bullets for virtually all guns, but especially for a M1A/M14. A M14 on semi is a handfull. I've shot a full auto M14 (was thinking of buying it) and it beat me to death. Just too much recoil to be able to hit anything.
Trigger devices are generally just for spaying un-aimed bullets and sounding like a machinegun. They have no real practical value.

I'd never even think about putting something like that on my M1A. Even if it worked. Such is not the mission of the weapon.
