Sneaky Pete CC Holster review/thoughts please!!

I just bumped into a Conceal Carry holster that might be a good idea. Does anyone have one? Good, bad what ever, I would love to hear your thoughts.
I front pocket carry a Sig P238 - but sometimes I'd like to put it on my belt.
I'm in Houston and it's really hot and humid, so pocket carry is the only plausable option for me. My normal dress is shorts and a t-shirt. It's hard for me to conceal with only a t-shirt on.
They have belt loop or clip... I figure the only way to go is with the belt loop and a gun belt, even with shorts. Here's the link for the model I would buy:

If you have one, please let me know... or just thoughts woud be very helpful.

Reminds me of a product I have called a Safepacker. Pretty much a wallet/planner holder style holster made from heavy duty nylon. Used it to pack a full size pistol on my motorcycle. Was very comfortable for all day wear, but a few people I know feel that holsters like this just scream 'GUN' to anyone looking at you. I feel otherwise.
