Looking for shells and ammo

Gentlemen, I am living in Argentina, in the seventies we defeated the communist guerrilla, but now we are working in order to keep our arms, I need to purchase 38 Smith Wesson shells, because I have an old belgian wheelgun that is very accurate, besides a friend of mine needs 32-20 loaded ammo for his old Colt, can you give me any help? i also would be very proud If i can purchase used guns from the States such as double barrel shoguns and rifles like your famed Garand and Springfield rifles.
