Could it be the conspiracy theorist were correct in that the gmen were buying up all the ammo couple years back creating shortages considering theres mass military exercises (that require a lot of ammo )goings on right here in our back door.... yes, no, perhaps

The military as a whole has been conducting exercises just like this for years, and the ammo falls within their annual ammunition allotment. Find some more tin foil.
