Arabic headstamp
Anyone ever seen brass cased, berdan primed .223 brass that has a head-stamp of "223 Remington" and "(something in arabic)" ??
I was just running some of this stuff through the press and, needless to say, I had to call Dillon to replace my newly-snapped de-capping pin(s). After reloading many many many thousands of .223 this is the first time I've yet to see anything with a brass case and a berdan primer. Have I just had blind luck so far or is this an unusual thing? Edit to add: I tried to take a picture of some of it, but couldn't get it to come out clearly. Google images has nothing on it either. |

Check the owner's manual for your camera to see if it has a "macro" feature.
This will allow you to take close in, clear photographs.

The Macro setting is generally a little flower on the mode selector.

My first guess is that it's from Egypt or some other Arab country that buys a lot of US weaponry.
