Crony paperwork form...?

Has anyone here ever made themselves up a spread sheet or some sort of form to use with your Chrony? I can see the usefullness of such a form to write down your velocities so you can save them in a form that is easily read back. Before I took the time to make one up I was wondering if any of you had already done so and might share the form with us?

Here are a couple of ideas. Good luck. I just write my results down in a spiral notebook that i keep in my range bag.

Here's one I made the other day. It seems to do everything I want it to. I keep them in a 3-ring binder and take it to the range with me. I used Corel Word Perfect to make it, and I can't seem to attatch the file. Here's a scan of it. If anyone wants a copy of the original (.wpd) file, IM me and I can e-mail you a copy.

Hey Fire and Dodge, those are some nice spread sheets, I think I'll use them this weekend.

If you get the Shooting Chrony Ballistics II program to use with your Chrony and your 'puter, it will be slicker than snot on marble. I recently found out that it works with Windows Vista, too.

I use the green ledger books available at office supply stores. They can be had with different numbers of columns. I just write headings at the top of each column. It comes out very similar to firechicken's layout.
