Taurus pt 1911 grip screws

I have been having trouble with my grip screws coming loose. They are factory torx head screws. I may have over tightened them because of it. Now the screws on one grip are stuck in the piece, not sure what its called, that screws into frame. Not really a major problem, but any thoughts on how to seperate screws from other piece.

The grip screw bushing has very fine threads, and they are easily damaged if you try to manhandle the bushing. When I have come across this problem in the past, I used copper sheet to line the vise jaws, then unscrew the bushing from the frame, clamp the bushing's threads in the copper and unscrew the screw from the bushing. If you damage the bushing's threads, they are cheap enough to replace. When reinstalling, stake or LocTite the bushings in place, and if your grip screws come loose, use blue Loc Tite on them.
